At the age of 22, Yashasvi Jaiswal, a talented young cricketer from Badohi, Uttar Pradesh, came across financial troubles upon his very first move to Mumbai, prompting him to live in a tent. In the recent five-match Test series against England, Jaiswal has been exhibiting remarkable form, scoring an impressive 545 runs in six innings at an average of 109, including two double centuries. Notably, during the third Test at the Niranjan Shah Cricket Stadium in Rajkot, he hit an astounding 214 off 236 deliveries in the second innings, contributing to India’s enormous 434-run triumph, securing a 2-1 series lead.
Adding to his achievements, Jaiswal has purchased his dream apartment in Mumbai’s X (Ten) Bandra Kurla Complex, a property under construction spanning 1100 square feet in Bandra (East). The property deal was officially registered on January 6, according to the document.
Zapkey, a real estate database platform, has revealed that Jaiswal invested Rs. 5.38 crore in acquiring a 1,110-square-foot apartment within the Ten BKC project situated in Bandra East, Mumbai. This transaction, finalized on January 7th, 2024, adds to the under-construction property portfolio of Jaiswal. Despite attempts to gather insights, Adani Realty, the builder of the project, has opted to remain tight-lipped about the deal.
According to brokers, the completion of the apartments and subsequent handovers is anticipated to occur later this year.
Launched in 2016, the Ten BKC project features a range of apartment sizes, including 2BHK, 3BHK, and 4BHK options. With Jaiswal’s acquisition priced at over Rs. 48,000 per square foot, it reflects the premium nature of the property.
Beyond his local achievements, Jaiswal is an essential member of the team for the Rajasthan Royals in the IPL and has established his spot in the Indian Test side. at T20Is, he has also made an impact, particularly striking a century against Nepal at the Asian Games 2023 hosted in Hangzhou, China.
After facing an initial setback in the first Test, India has bounced back with two consecutive victories.
