The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced the updated schedule of the upcoming Cricket World Cup. The highly-anticipated contest between India and Pakistan at the ODI World Cup 2023 has been rescheduled to October 14, previously it was on October 15.
The countdown to the grand cricket event, the ODI World Cup 2023, has begun with less than 2 months remaining. This time, the tournament will be hosted by BCCI in India and promises to be an exciting celebration for cricket fans.
A significant change has been made to the schedule, particularly for the highly anticipated India vs. Pakistan match. Originally set for Sunday, October 15, at Ahmedabad’s Narendra Modi Stadium, the clash has been rescheduled to Saturday, October 14.
Additionally, dates for eight other matches have been adjusted. For instance, England’s game against Afghanistan in Delhi moves from October 14 to October 15. Similarly, Pakistan’s match against Sri Lanka in Hyderabad has been moved from October 12 to October 10, and Australia’s game against South Africa in Lucknow has been shifted to October 12. New Zealand’s encounter with Bangladesh is also pushed back to October 13.
